Wanted

Lulu Boatwright

Wanted

They wanted different things

She got what she wanted

He left her with three kids

That was NOT what she wanted

The kids needed food and love

They couldn’t provide both

It wasn’t what the kids wanted

He pretended to be loving, when he turned up - he wasn’t

She didn’t pretend - ever

They believed it was us destroying their lives

We believed them

We were fucked

We survived without them but also without each other

So we had no one

Parents can destroy lives

Difficult to work this one out - never got past the three kids she really didn't want - maybe she should have kept her knees together with more discrimination.....
