maybe

dusk arising

maybe we could live among the trees
maybe we could fill the world with peace
maybe we could do just as we please
maybe the moon is made of cheese

You know what Teddy, You are just so refreshing and always so supportive of my scribblings... and I love it.
Saying thank you is easy. Thank you Teddy.

Only a poet could fancy those changes in to peaceful living my friend - - the monkeys must have the life of Riley up in those trees - - and as for maybe seeing a moon made of cheese all the greedy would scoff it in no time methinks - thanks for the big smile reading your four-liner gave me today dear Dusk.

Brie amazing if it was Grommet. Lovely sentiment with very few words. Favourites you belong

ready for us to take a bite, every night
as we soar up, in our drunken hearts...
    wonderful shorty, Dusk
(I have a feeling, next time I look up at the moon, I'll have a smile on my face
in advance - let me thank you, dear Poet)
