Footprints in the Sand (2021 Revision)

A woman was once walking in the desert. At one point, she looked back and saw two sets of footprints in the sand. At one point though, she saw only one set. She spoke out to the Lord, "Lord, why at this point did you abandon me?" The Lord replied, "My child, this is not where I abandoned you, but where I carried you to the U.S. border where they turned us away.
