Intimacy ..
Thoughts of warm air, soft sands, and sunsets
Your hand in mine .. conversations about life, struggles, success, future endeavors
There is just something about your presence that takes me to such a positive place,
Intimacy way beyond my wildest imagination,
spirits intertwined, connection withstanding time,
But it never fails to cease, at the rising of the sun
.. I never want to leave, but you insist, that I must.
So I do ..

dreamscape or one night stands..
its always when we want more, of something
that everything, seemingly creates distance from us
while just on our heels or by our elbows exist plenty, we can do without..
and whenever this happens to me, I'm left asking
is it me that's attracting this juxtaposed people or influences in my life?
am I sending some kind of confusing signal, out into the universe?
or, more likely
have I been subjected, from an early age
to a toxic conditioning of what I want/deserve in life,
and so, cyclically at every opportunity I end up gravitating towards the bad choices, in my life...
(I'm just grateful, there's therapy to help us unpack, our convoluted selves) lol
thanks for sharing, really felt this was well written and its depth's, made accessible by ease of wording,
a tricky thing to do
