Life

GiraffineUploads

How can life be so wonderful, beautiful

And yet so tragic

It goes by so fast

Before I know it the babies in my life will be all grown up and starting their lives

And I'll be an old man wondering where the time had gone

My wish in my life is to have a son or daughter, someone to pass the best parts of me down to

And teach them things, and share with them the things I love

I can do this with my nephew, but I want it so badly for myself

I want to be a father

I will probably come to loathe the work of it

But remind yourself why you do it

That it's all worth it

Sadly all good things come to an end

I dread that coming,

but yearn for more good in the meantime
