Mist Of Life

Ell Adams

Morning mist rises above the deep lake into the blissful sky. The dark clouds roll through for a new day. My dark green eyes watch out the window. I am alive. Here and now. I can feel the warmth on my smooth skin. What could be better than feeling the essence of life? Without darkness there would be no light and without pain there would be no beauty.

At last I am at  my destination . I have made it. Nothing can stop me. no matter what comes my way. I am stronger than ever before. Like a tree with its roots latching deep underground. There is no better place than here and now....
