True beauty lies on someone's soul,
not on his/her looks.
Beauty is not the thing to see,
beauty is the thing to feel.
I don't feel something as temporary as your looks,
I feel the way you thought,
I feel the sparkle in your eyes,
I feel your ability to make other people smile,
I feel your kind and caring attitude for others,
I feel your honesty,
I feel you are beautiful,
from deep down to your soul.
You are beautiful.
I can describe what I think,
not what I feel.
You can see my feelings in my eyes,
not in the things I show you,
You can hear my feelings in my voice,
not in my words,
You can feel my feelings in my excitement, in my heartbeat,
not in my actions.

Lovely meaningful words. How sad it is that there are so many among us who your words will be wasted upon though. Some can only see surface, indeed don't wish to percieve any further.
I think you well describe some of what makes us become the poets we are.
