Chasing your dreams
is one of the scariest things
you can do
because
for so long
you have imagined
what it will be like
and you have pictured
the way that things will be
but when you actually start
when you actually drop
everything
you’ve known
and start trying
to live out
what has so far
only existed
in your mind
you’re on dangerous ground
because it’s up to you
to make your dreams
come true
and if you don’t
or worse
can’t
then
what else is there?

at that final doorstep, where all our aspirations await, to be realised..
Trepidation, born out of years of failure's pot noodle meals, where
mirages, adorned our every waking scene: of Blinkered hope...
