Reasons

I’ve always valued authenticity

because for some reason

even the greatest sins of man,

seem more appealing to me,

than the greatest lie of perfection

 

I’ve always been in touch with my own darkness

because for some reason

my mistakes are what make me feel real

 

But why?

 

God always lights man’s darkness

because for some reason

He finds man worth the time and effort

even other men don’t do that

 

It’s always been this way

 

How great it is to know

my great God lights,

my great darkness

 

I now know the reason
