To Love Someone
A man must love himself
before he can love another
but it takes a stronger man
to love someone more than himself.
A woman too must love herself
before she can love another
but it takes a stronger woman
to love someone more than herself.
A heart must be broken
before it can find love again
but it takes a stronger heart
to love again more than before
Two hearts that are broken
draw two people to each other
and bring the strength they need
to love beyond themselves.
To love someone beyond yourself
takes the strength of two.

Thank you L.B.. Love is the desire for another personality over your own. As you say, connecting, coexisting, each cherishing the other more than self. True love as it is sometimes called.
