Biscuit In My Tea?

Jerry Reynolds

Never would it occur to me
To plunge a biscuit in my tea
Until I met the likes of thee
A biscuit was not a cookie
Then to go and call it tucker
Sent me off to Google upper
Informed via sage tenacity
Words anew for my poetry

I don't take tea but my biscuit consumes most of my friend's tea cup. 🤣
you reminded me their reaction...thanks for sharing...

    Biscuit in the tea.
Definitely a five-second rule if one is not to look a fool.
