Rain

daydreaming

Walking through a faceless crowd
I feel the cool and gentle rain
A thousand drops run down my hair
I think about you every day.

The wind resists my every move
I’m stronger when I think of you
And even if you break my heart
I will forgive you every time.

Let the rain keep falling down
‘Cause I will never let you drown
My love for you is stronger than
The force that keeps me on the ground.

Let’s close our eyes right here and now
And do what's best this time around
I’ll never let you down again
So please don't ever walk away.
