This ecosystem brims with panacea,
Sustaining our lives.
By absorbing radiation,
And keeping the climate stable.
It converts CO₂ to oxygen,
Ensuring the air is breathable.
Despite significant functions,
It battles an immediate crisis.
The threat of deforestation,
Of the largest rainforest.

The Amazon is at risk,
Of ceasing to exist.
As greed,
Drives the need to succeed.
Restoration of this ecosystem,
Is therefore a possibility.
Only if we implement a plan
To recover the biodiversity.
Indigenous efforts to preserve nature,
Displays massive commitment upon,
An investment for a viable future,
To protect the Amazon.
