Class in the Sea

salahidden

We asked our teacher something simple this session.
We asked Ms Maryam is God real?
She said first let me ask all of you a question.
What is God, that seems the first ordeal.

A shark with an intense look said God is where my hunger comes from.
Failure to satisfy that hunger is life's final outcome.

An absent minded jellyfish says God is the void pulling you ever forward in purpose. Life ends when the void pulls you further than your carcass.

A zealous dolphin says God is the Ocean.
There is no end just cohesion and erosion.

An adventurous barnacle said God is everywhere I haven't been.
I am not sure if there is an end or just another thing I haven't seen.

An old whale says God is the similarity between me and Krill.
Our end is the returning to that oneness of will.

Ms. Maryam said I have never thought about if God is real.
I have always been stuck on what is the substance of that ideal.
