"I waited for you"

Syeda Sukaina Fatima

I waited for you until dusk and dawn;
In the stars of hue, in the dazzling storm......
I waited and waited very long ago,
but life was moving very very slow......
I waited and waited until I fade away;
And then I found you
When I was burning into ashes......
The lost soul;.......
The unconscious mind.....
All I wanted was you to forever be mine.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Wrote this when I waited for someone keeping his love deep down my soul and missing him...but a day came when I lost myself on the way of his love...and one day when I found out that everything is just temporary except love, I was burning into ashes. That love will always remain in my heart, whether I remained or not. I published this for you people to have a taste of it. Always keep smiling, Lots of love from the author.

    One of the best tests for love is remembrance. You can’t forget what you love, and you can hardly remember what you don’t. The more you love, the more you remember, And the more you remember, the more you love.
    And it (Love) needs a lot of patience...🙃

      Very well said.....love can,t be forgotten it is a beautiful emotion that is always with you until your last breaths and the person who is loved is always in your heart, in your dreams whether he is with you or not, and if he is in your heart and always in front of eyes then remembrance is not a difficult task...and yes patience lies behind a hope...when the is hope there is patience.
