A chemical imbalance, that's all it is. A chemical imbalance to cause all of this. I wish this upon no one.
This pain, this hurt, this burden known as bipolar, this burden which is me.
I am happy, I am sad, I am content, I am angry, I am here but I am not near, I am close, but I am also distant.
I am easy, you read me like a book, I am difficult, like a chapter with no words, I am quiet but my mind is loud.
Hard to believe a chemical imbalance can cause this.
A chemical imbalance is all it is, take these pills it will help ease the pain, but a chemical imbalance cant be fixed so I drown the pills and choose to live.

I think there’s sometimes a deeper reason why someone might have mental health problems . Sorry that you feel this way . I too have mental health problems , dissociation caused by trauma . A sad writing here

Mental health is crucial and I don’t think anyone who won’t be touched by it
