If you had a greenhouse, 
I would be sitting on one of the steps.
Allow you to look at me endlessly,
Light playing shadows with my thoughts.

If you would only walk by the river,
 I would want to walk beside you.
Listening to you talk endlessly,
The brook singing tunes rhythmically.

If you sat by the sea,
 I would want to play in the sea.
With you watching me endlessly,
The waves singing in unison.

If at all you had a home,
 I would be the hearth.
With you kindling endlessly,
The flames glowing uniformly.

But if only these were true!
They haunt me in my dreams.
My friend, this is not a dream,
This loving continues endlessly....
