Losing Sanity

blakesager

Watch as the ashes fall from the storm

I beg to differ lost amongst the norm

When I open my eyes it all looks the same

The beauty is swallowed by a thousand cries of pain.

And as i look out on the ocean a tear falls from my eye

Blinded by the horror

it makes me want to cry

And as I dream of something bigger

Longing to go home

I sit down and scream

Because we can never know

When someone's lost a life when someone's all alone

And when i go outside and see a face and I can tell it’s filled with pain

One lonely tear drop becomes the pouring rain.

Great message in verse. We need to be there for another, the world is lonely and stormy place.
