restless

emptysundaze

she walks into the bathroom

and reaches for the toothbrushes

as she shuffles them around

positioning them neatly to the side of the cup

she takes a step back and sighs,

she doesn't know what to do with herself.

some, throw away the physical evidence
    before dealing
    with those poisonous feeling's
    that have seeped, deep
    into their fractured heart;
    and some
    won't touch, a single bristle
    of their ex's
    worn-out: toothbrush
    before, they've dealt
    with all the hurt...!
    (thanks for sharing
    such a poignantly relatable, read)
