Untitled

@coffeelcs

Thwart the plain and distant sea horizon

A picturesque scenery lies in front of me

Merged with a perfect harmony of seven birds visible

Eureka moment came, in serenity, I know I am healed

In a given pace, skies are covered

The vicinity engendered sullen clouds

I opt to stay even in this fiasco and catastrophe

Knowing that a seven-colored rainbow will show up eventually

I used to live a solitary life

In a dark and confined room

Yet I discovered a place that I can run into

Whenever reality disrupts and grips me

In this realm we have our own parlance that only us can understand

Having written cipher only us can decode

Living in this abditory, we create bonds and memories

And one's absence in longevity will always leave a void

  • Comment from author about the poem: I was thinking about my journey with BTOB and Melody when I wrote this. We literally went thru a lot, and yeah, it's quite a journey but I always have this hope that this one person will come back to us in the end. Miracles happen.

    First line of the last verse/stanza says a lot...... for your poetry to be appreciated it's necessary for it to be understood by your reader which a 'parlance only us can understand' ain't gonna achieve.
