Breathe

Anna Colette

Hold on

Just one more day

Just a few more breaths...

It'll get better.

Breathe,

Close your eyes

Play the music

Feel the ground-

You're here

You're alive

You're safe.

Breathe,

It'll be over soon

Because...

It is not real

It is done

It is over

It is the past

You are safe.

Breathe,

Hold on a day longer.

Difficult to deal with … I’ve had them before and maybe sometimes I still do .., although sometimes I’m not sure . I deal with dissociation

Sorry you feel this way (

In a word, you need help to control it.
Talk to people who are suffering as you do. Keep strong.

I've been there and your advice is spot on. Excellent write!🙂
