Life is what we make it
at least that's what they say.
Do we really have control
or does fate get in the way?
Life is what we make it
or that is what it seems,
but today is our reality
tomorrow just our dreams.
Life is often mapped and
for each very careful plan
it often goes amiss
like castles in the sand.
But life is full of hope
and just maybe one day
dreams may come true
so don't get dismayed.
