Mum and Dad

Jay-Lee Jane

Notice of absence from Jay-Lee Jane
just returned after losing my love for writing

mum and dad,

aren't really that bad.

oh wow, so sad,

but boy, aren't you glad?

that poisonous cycle is all you've ever had.

Oh my, my bad,

is it really that bad?

your mum, your dad,

are they really all that bad?

oh my, so sad,

you're slowly going mad,

oh my, my bad,

but its all you ever had,

oh why, so sad,

when that's your mum and dad.

mum and dad,

yes they're really that bad,

your mum, your dad,

are really that bad,

oh my, so sad,

but you're nothing like mum or dad.

Empathy goes out to you my friend. For me it was the mother though.

Ah, yes. for me it was both, as well as my step parent.
i've edited the last line to say mum and dad now though. and i like it more like that

You express your feelings here so superbly well. For me it was my mom,..I loved her and always will,..but she was an alcoholic bitch,..when drunk. But an absolute angel streight of heaven when sober. Like the female version of Dr.Jyckell and Mr.Hyde.lol🌞🕊
