Just like you

MadelynS

Anger

Your speciality

Dark eyes

Damn, you really know how to start a show

The rush of pure hate filling your body

You do feel it, don't you?

Hate to see you like a monster

So I run and hide

You can't control it, can you?

Its alright, I cant either

Eyes like yours, can't look away

Are the pieces of you in the pieces of me?

No it can't be

Im just so scared

You're who ill be

When I erupt

They'll look at me like I look at you

And I hate you

But like father, like daughter

Right?

  • Comment from author about the poem: My father has a very bad temper and I had to say it but I'm just like him, I hate him and now I hate myself. it took me a while to realize it but after a while I accepted it

    thanks for sharing
    '*I'm* just so scared
    You're who *I'll* be
    When I erupt, They
Will look at me like I look at you'
