Moon

Not

Playtime is over and now its night,

bedtime is here so off with the light

Before you click them off I snuggle under my sheet,

and smile as I receive your peck to my cheek,

After you turn and gently close the door,

I whisper to the sky "sleep tight",

because you forgot something important,

the Moon also needs their kiss "good night"

sweet dreams everyone

Stormy moon last night as I battened down the hatches. I did dream of a paradise sun soaked island, mind you.
