Life's Decisions

Mozzthe1

My mind is like a clear
   Blue summer’s sky
   And my memories
Are like summer clouds
      That roll on by,

 Most are beautiful,
    Pure and white
  But when I sleep,
 When I lay down my
     Head at night

The dark clouds build
              And
  Overwhelm the light,
And like a summers storm
 They gather with menace

The wind that drives them
        Is fear & regret
                 And
   I have-not managed
To control either yet

So like a storm that is coming,
The first drops of rain fall
                 And
I am caught out in the open
             All alone
    To weather the storm
