The Grapes of Passion
She pulled me in close and our eyes met
There we sat transfixed in the moment
Until we could resist it no more
Quivering lips met amidst tongues of fire
Tongues thrusting, hands in motion with the beat set little fires where they lit on flesh exposed and bare exhilarated and tantalized and throbbing with desire
And so out on that hillside we planted a little vineyard and christened it with the fruit of our own tender vines laid out underneath the moonlight so stellar
This vineyard has been tended with utmost care the grapes caressed and the juice squeezed tenderly from its source Uncorked like a fine wine from the cellar
And now at last we smell and swirl and sip again what time has grown, love has tended, and desire has pressed full bodied and rich, aged and bottled for pleasure
Now old and Grey we sit out on the front porch looking over the fields where our love has grown and our eyes meet, two hands hold and hearts are full of treasure
