Seasons

AnAlpaca

Spring comes into bloom,
Lightens up my room.
Sun rises to the sky,
Reaching; it's too high!
Dreams I cannot catch,
But effort shall match,
Resolve stirred within me,
Blooming like an oak tree.
Ice melts away,
On this sunny day.
All will turn green,
Take in the scene!
Birds chirp and sing,
Ah, the sounds of spring!
The seasons come and go,
Summer's sun, Winter's snow.
The wheel has turned,
A new lesson learned.
