Freedom Ride

cowrider02

I wake up in the mourning,

Sun rising in the east,

Put on my leather jacket,

And climb aboard my beast,

Then I head on down the highway,

With no one else around,

Nobody can touch me now,

Because I'm freedom bound.

No more regulations,

No more lousy rules,

No one there to hold me back,

I'm nobodies fool,

Call me wild and radical,

Call me an outlaw,

It does not even bother me,

I've heard the freedom call.

I don't need no silver dollars,

I don't need no diamond rings,

For the world is wide with lots to see,

And I hear it beckoning,

Freedom is my mistress,

And she's always by my side,

Nobody can touch me now,

I'm on my freedom ride
