hide and go seek

kitty the naughty poet

hide and go seek.

The snake takes a slide

over the peeks and topples the mountain

through the foliage

down the slippery track

there he meets a beaver

snake takes beaver by the hand

shaking vigorously where they stand

before deciding

nows a good time for a game

they both agree

with bright eyes n bushy tails

this playtime is for real

beaver counts one, two, three

snake tries the back door

but the doors too tight

four, says the beaver

what is snake to do?

He has nowhere else to run too

beaver shouts five and sneaks a look

then watched in sweet surprise

as the snake buries himself in the bush

rite before her eyes.

Ahh, a nice wildlife story about a snake and a beaver. Well, I wouldn't know any hidden meanings in it! (swoon - lol).
