Blue

Notice of absence from depressionofbecca
Taking a Mental Health Leave. I don't know when I will publish next.

If tomorrow our sky is no longer blue,

Would the sun begin to fall from the sky

Would the grass crumble beneath our feet

Would the  stars begin to collide

Would the animals start to die

Would the trees become frail

Would the bushes become non-green

Would the people fail to breathe

If the sky was no longer blue,

What color would it be?

I ought to know,

because I am from a world

A world where the sky is no longer blue

    A beautiful and fragile sadness....

    The sky isn’t blue
    I look at it
It keeps changing without whispering me
    I decided I won’t rely on it
I shall choose the colours for it
Dear poet paint the sky with the colour you want
Be it pink, red, black or grey
    Don’t stop painting it
