For shoe-making, you need intellectual thinking and the process of progressive thinking.

The human foot is a complex set of soft tissues, skin, blood vessels, ligaments, tendons, muscles, 33 joints, 26 bones, etc.

You studied the entire human body to understand the human foot.

You studied human structure.

Human feet are not mythological like Narayana.
