Puffed sky cotton, twirling
calligraphy sliced, weightlessly - it flies
warning of longing’s, tightly grasped purpling
a silhouette, like all and none before
mere glimpse – sprouting, tunnel-mouth gasping
lingering trail of decimation: yearning’s mourning.
Eager green sprouts, startled leaping
tepid sparks: dowsed early
for out-of-season, dreaming.
Undeterred, veins throb an off-beat melody
unbridled youth’s, inert unmistakability
for a lifetime cradled memory’s: crystallised beauty.

So poetic
As always sir, your poetry is charismatic
such a wonderful adjective
to tag my scribble with
thank you, kind poet
what an encouraging comment
Itβs always a pleasure to go through the magic you create
words crystallized into a diamond...
too often, your comments
outdo my humble scribbles, lol
thank you! my friend
You have coined exactly how my reality began to singe its way through the clouds of "oh no, not consciousness" as slowly and painfully the regrets of the night before cruised drunkenly through my hung-over senses.
The beauty of reality opened before me and i rushed for the bathroom overwhelmed.
Ha! what a wonderful image
was hoping my writing
was past the stage
of making people vomit
at a mere glimpse... lmao
'and miles to go before I sleep
and miles to go before I sleep'
LOL wasn't your poetry sent me to the bathroom my friend.
Those lifetime memories will always be there Mek.
Andy
What a reassuring comment
I truly hope so, my friend
for they are the true treasures
we're guaranteed in life
You have conjured up youths longing, in a collection of phrases, a rarity.
I think that's a perfect summation
not sure about its rarity
but I humbly appreciate
your encouraging words, dear Poet
.. poetry personified sir ................. you have my seal of approval π
your approval, fuels
my belief, that I may one day
write poetry, deserving
of all your recognition and support..
thank you, Hyung
salut! π»
