Gale

Draven

She pays attention to the music that surrounds her.
Gales of wind that rattle the icy tree branches
The barely audible, soft pitter patter of frostflakes falling on the snow-dusted street.
Her constant and controlled inhales and exhales,
that seem to slow down all movement around her.
She accepts and just is.
Here, in the moment.
Right now.

I've been trying to hard lately to do exactly this Draven and I see you sitting there mastering just being..... it's a relief isn't it when the mind calms down. Love it.

I've been trying hard to do this too. I am no master of it! But then again, there is no such thing as being a master of Mindfulness in my belief...that is the beauty of it. It's like when people say that they're "not good" at mediation - there is no such thing. There is only doing it and not doing it.
It is a relief though when the mind is at ease, that is for sure.

Oh so true! But sometimes I fall asleep and I'm not sure if that isn't what they mean when they say "not good at it"..... ha..... but goodness it's so wonderful to just leave this earth and feel absolutely nothing but peace!

Breathe, deep breath, let it all go, you are now in the moment, where you need to be.

Wow... This piece is very alive, with very strong vibrations and a lasting ripple! ... I felt it and somehow also felt some dark color to it, in a very character-revealing, honest way... Musically bare... I love it!

            A perfect imagery
            And the most needed advice
            To have awareness in life
To be mindful of the present
            Excellent job dear poet
