The forest

G REMADEVI

 Forest drenched in stormy rain

Stood stiff and dark lifeless sight

It pleaded sun to shower light

To gain momentum and beauty

Sun blessed abundantly

Forest bloomed  for sun splendid

All colours of light as flowers

Flowers flied in a prolonged wind

Set as a  rainbow of pretty flowers

When sun outstretched to sea at dusk

Showered in gratitude entire bow of flowers

Over the setting sun, designer of colours!
