Blasphemy

Blasphemy

I hear you shouting blasphemy like I’m supposed to care

I hear you shouting blasphemy as they stop and stare

I guess you want what’s best from me

I guess you want it fair

But I’ll only tell it true and I’ll only tell it bare

See love it doesn’t last for me, and god he isn’t there

See my heart will never measure ‘gainst the feather on the tare

So I’ll take the coin to pay the fee, it’s for the boat-man’s fare

There's a god or something we could call god but its got sweet FA to do with the rubbish religions invented and twisted by mankind over the centuries. Man invented blasphemy so that he could frighten people from voicing logical opposition.

We did, and we’re not done with it yet. And I agree, god is nowhere inside religion.
