I'm only young,
yet I still have no tongue.
I'm only young,
yet I still fear and run.
I'm only young they say,
I'm only young,
and life had only just begun.
I'm only young they say,
but I spiral more each day.
I'm only young,
but each day I feel like I've been left and hung.
I'm only young they say,
as they dance around me in their cynical way.
I'm only young,
I still have no tongue.
I'm only young they say,
I have much more life choices to make day by day.
I'm only young the repeat,
as they force me to their feet.
I'm only young they say, I'm only young.
I'm only young they repeat,
as I stare up at them in defeat.
They're my demons you see,
without them, I cannot be.
They're my demons,
they whisper the reasons.
I cannot compete,
Therefore,
I am incomplete.

Your only young but with so much deep insights
Your only young but such good control upon the words you say
Admire your creativity
Well crafted dear poet
It’s true a poet isn’t determined by age
Good going
