And here we are, on the brink of our brand new world. Each of us, living our own heaven on earth and together, creating a most magnificent place to live, to worship, to play, responsibly. This requires your slowing down, Ali. The sinking in. Your energy is grand and you must learn to ride it like a wild horse. A horse that wants to burst out and if done irresponsibly, will create chaos and destruction. Allow her to get that energy out in safe and allocated spaces. Make time for her each day to feel and experience the range she has. Her range is magnificent and fun to watch but not out in the world. In her practice grounds, her dojo. Allow her to spew out all of her ideas and expressions of these thoughts and feelings. Allow her the space to allow these things to live, to BREATHE so that in refining, they may come to life in a graceful, responsible, most wise and powerful way. And so she wishes, she wishes to dance in the rain naked, to plunge herself into deep forests and run wild and free, she wishes to wade into the waters of a jungle waterfall, to kiss the stars and drink the cold air of a starry desert night. She wishes to smell the smoke of a sacred fire, to hear the sounds of ancient chants and spirits who share their wisdom, their stories. She lives to be more connected to nature and to the divine of all that is, the magic of and to make love with THAT energy. She wishes to experience it all, safely in her mind. She wishes to let go of the madness in her mind, the frustration, the feeling of lack and anger and resentment. Those feelings that creep in. She wishes to live amongst the wild and the wholly. To be held by bear and kissed by the deer. She wishes to ride her horse into the night and through to the day where she then rests in the warm sun, naked and alive and exhausted and fully free to be. And then she sits in sacred presence with all that is, with truth and creation and seeds. She gives immense thanks for this life and the gift of being here, now. She plants the seeds of desire for more of this and more of her fellow tribe to meet up and find their way home together. To ride their own horses responsibly, side by side in the magic of all that is. Amen.

Amen.
