Fleeting life

blue sapphire

Tears pouring

Fingers numb

Eyes Stinging

How long do I have to endure this?

A year of pain now two

Locked in a timeless world

Past is a dream present a desert and future a mirage

Do I have the right to hope?

There is a fleeting dream

A girl who wanted to live

But she had to wait

Wait for the clock to start

I continued to exist

Walking through the desert

No direction

No knowledge of time

The desert is always cold always dark

always night

Does the sun exist? And what about the moon and stars?

An imagination? Another cruel work of desert?

The girl died along the way

All that is left is a dream

A fleeting old dream

Of a life, of a past, of a girl

    The poetry is sad
    The grief could be felt
Very emotive and strong Margery used
If life a desert and a dream as a mirage
Then the vast desert shall be a sea of opportunities soon
The dreams are wings for us to make a flight
    Don’t let them go by
Even though i am sad to see the dreams fading by
    Keep writing dear poet
    Your pen creates magic
    Keep sharing
