As the winter season sets in
I remember the now icy streams
of which we used to walk alongside every spring
Tossing the frisbee, climbing the trees, feeding the ducks
getting dizzy, enjoying the breeze, high on primo deluxe
Laughing,loving,living
patience,forgiveness,giving
Though I know I will not find you there,..
i know I shall look,...
...but only to find these memories.
These precious memories I hold so dear, this is fact
I shall cherish always,my mind be clear,..intact.

- Comment from author about the poem: This is about some of the many wonderful memories I have of my very best and lifelong friend.(RIP Ed The Head๐๐ซ๐ฟ) 25/04/58-10/04/2020 P.s.I thought the picture of the stones was best fitting for this,as it reminds me of the banks of the streams, and I feel they represent the memories๐๐

Beautiful memories.
I can relate to times as a child spent with my late older brother, very moving and touching words . โบ
