Memory

Jamie Stewart

Destroyed everything

Every photograph

All the touchables

What about remembrances?

Would you take them away from me?

I would give my whole existence

To survive

To be free at once

My shoulders are heavy right now

I have no power any longer

Looking all those pictures of me from the past

Strangely and surprised

There are smiling faces

But I can’t recognize myself

Anymore.

A black hole notoriously takes everything. Enjoyed the style. Engaging.
