Suman_Bhattacharya

me and my solitude
great
friends are we
strolling together hands in hands
mind in mind
with an assurance of staying together forever

me and my solitude
great buddies captured in a small frame
turning
our small world to a party with our laughter

echoes a voice running on the waves

my solitude hears
strings snap
frame breaks
into pieces
my
solitude deserts me
for the
voice unknown

the next dawn
sunlight lights up the night

as it has been doing

since time started its never ending journey
no magic no games
just a day
new for the sake of being new
m without my solitude
door knocks
perhaps the
morning breeze
the door opens and my solitude makes its way

for one more time may be

                               as always
