Create in Me

Create in Me a pure heart dear God, 

one that has been saved by Christ’s blood.

Create in Me a new heart, oh Lord;

one that wants to live according to Your Word.

Create in Me a thankful heart, oh God;

one that believes Jesus died for us;

and with your grace will serve Your Son Jesus.

Create in me a humble heart, oh Lord;

one that bows down when You are near.

It is my hope that I will follow You year after year.

So Create in Me a grateful heart, oh Christ;

one that knows you walk beside me through all my joys and all my trials.
