Anxiety

Tiffany McClure

Hard to put into words

Good days and bad days

Want to get rid of it

You cant

It’s a constant bug

You don’t know when

There will be an attack

You try to stay calm

It’s hard

Its a part of you

It comes from nowhere

Sometimes from traumatic past

Big crowds are uncomfortable

You feel like a bad friend

Most of time

You want reassurance

Why?

It is a constant disturbance

It’s a bug that never goes away

Even though you wish it would

It’s hard to identify

Especially to someone

Who don’t understand

Might as well give it a try

You linger for a person

To come along

Just stand in your shoes

Feel the pain for a day

Feelings are hard

We try our best

Our minds are in worry

Anxiety is a tornado.
