I've learned many things especially how to cope,

My thoughts have changed more than I know,

improving myself it gave me hope,

Better than ever got rid of my hurt,

I was taught to think things through,

To control my actions and all that I do,

The way I react now I can't lose,

Sober living is the life I choose,

I'm still in the process of getting right,

Loving my progress enhancing my life,

The strength in me is loving the fight,

I choose to be strong I choose to show might,

My depression no longer exist,

It's takes being taught to do what I did,

All my thoughts bring happiness within,

Nothing can break me or make me bend,

I am in control and forever i'm blessed,

I feel it in my soul to become my best,

Strongly in bold I take what get,

Finally I've grown to elevate my mindset.
