Suman_Bhattacharya

the joy of strolling on a lonely road

not travelled in the recent past

nourished by the shadow of the trees

     standing guard and welcoming travellers

only the pebbles change their places

     because they have no choice

age-old darkness creeps in at the dusk

pencils of light enlightening the dawn

only time changes

the joy in taking the path

that had been taken long ago

rumbling noises of foot-steps searching their destiny

the chaotic silence of the frustrated crowds

insane thoughts running about

in search of corners to settle down

dilemmas doing justice

looting spaces among the sediments of security

seeking the unknown or unknowingly seeking

     the temple of confusion

life ─ a dilemma

       a second thought

       a package of confusion

                or just life itself

    Wonderfully crafted
So vivid and imagery at its best
    The flow was smooth
    And so poignant
    Well crafted dear poet
