She stood in the grass, her tears fell like lines of glass.
Her heart broke into pieces, she was left alone by her so-called nephews and nieces.
Walking under the forest parched wood cracked under her feet, but what was unusual was her heartbeat.
She couldn't feel it any more, even it had left her alone.
She was Mother Nature yes our mother.
We had deserted her, we were too busy. Some were laughing while others studied, but no one was worried if she was okay.
We treated her like a use and throw pen, now a new one is in our hand for some it's their future, for some generation, for some it's none not even Mother Nature.
How did we become so lost that we forgot how to love each other despite all odds?
Her heart breaks into two when she sees me fighting with you, fighting with each other.
She cries but no one hears, we are too busy trying to be billionaires, that we don't care about anyone, first it was her not it is us.
So join your hands and be one, stand brothers and sisters the time has come that we are together.
Get your body and mind one and heal what was broke so many years ago.

- Comment from author about the poem: You never know where your mind takes you. I thought about writing about something else but it turned out something. So basically, this poem is about how the wars between us is hurting not only mother nature but also us. We used to be together once and laugh and talk, but now we can't stay in the same room without hurting each other? Why? This is not what it used to be. It's high time that we forget the betrayals of the past and live together as one other wise it will be very hard for us to survive. Enough about my thoughts, I hope you enjoy the poem.
