Dreams once lost

Suman_Bhattacharya

drops of dew under the morning blue sky

sun rising and lightening up the horizon

a pair of dreams gently strolling hand in hand

    curious about their ultimate fate

wish moments could be designed

a change from the world of unexpected

wish moments could be thrown away

    a revolution ─ a renaissance

may the torment make its way

may creation take the back seat

        reconstruction of the dreams

        long lost and blown away

while the moments come and go

    crushing the dams of patience

Intriguing lines make me settled in deep thoughts
        Going in those lines
        Serene yet so true
That’s the story the life keeps painting
        Well crafted dear poet
