The Space in Between

The Space in between

Is where I am is seen

The unknown resides here too

All there ever was, is, and will be

I am everything and nothing

Leaves coast off, fallen from the tree

It is you, it is me

The space in between

Shadow behind me where do you go when the sun retreats into night?

Do you hide in my closet waiting to fright?

Come out come out wherever you are, the light wants to greet you with open arms

It's ok here actually not so bad to be seen and accepted is kind of rad

Swim to the surface where breath inhales and chatter becomes quiet and frail

Good or bad is nowhere to be found, just love and peace that makes no sound
