Arrepentirse

Victoria Grace

A drawer full of heartbreak,

a desk full of tears -

and a half written letter,

that I should've sent to you.

Memories that flooded in,

with the last breath of November -

blew into the house

when the postman came at ten.

Your letter in my hand,

My fears coming true -

with each word that you wrote -

confirming of our plight.

The letter in the garbage,

my heart on the ground,

and all the words I didn't say,

so strong against me now.

Little point in living in regret when life is for living. By all means have regrets but dont let them rule your life.... much happier times can be right around the corner.

That is a wonderful point, thank you very much!
